• Artist Information: If you register as an artist, we collect additional details such as artist name, bio, and payout information.

• Artists: When you purchase music, the artist receives your username (not email) and purchase details for their sales records.

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
